OVERVIEW Merrick & Company is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our growing Land Development team in our Charlotte, North Carolina office with a target start date in May or June 2026. Some travel to client sites in North Carolina and South Carolina. Annual salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $88,300.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. #LI-Hybrid WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform independent design tasks, preparing construction drawings, organizing reports, calculations, and associated project deliverables. Work within a team of Design Engineers and technicians on Land Development and municipal projects. Prepare and review working drawings, details, layouts, surveys, estimates, and work products.
