PURPOSE The Controls Engineer plays a key role in providing technical, engineering, and project leadership for EPB's electric system. This position is responsible for performing system protection analysis and developing relay protection and control designs, as well as overseeing the installation, performing testing, and troubleshooting these systems. The role includes substation design and engineering support for distributed energy resource (DER) projects. The role will also oversee the installation and modification of substation equipment, line devices, and underground devices. Job Summary/Overview The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for evaluating and improving plant efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness. This is accomplished through both plant-wide and cell-specific projects that focus on product flow, process reliability, quality issues, and labor/machine efficiency. Job Summary/Overview The Senior Manufacturing Engineer identifies and directs continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing processes. This position supports manufacturing in the daily manufacturing problem solving process. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer also ensures equipment and tooling are developed and maintained per engineering specifications.
