This hands-on role combines design, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet diverse customer needs. What You'll Do Design, develop, and improve products, systems, and processes for heavy industrial weighing applications. Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) and Engineer-to-Order (EtO) projects. Collaborate with fabricators, vendors, and internal teams to uphold quality, manufacturability, and performance standards. Develop complete design documentation-drawings, BOMs, user guides, and manufacturing support files.
