Job Description Position Summary Responsible for the preconstruction process of design-build and design-assist projects. Manages project design and detailing schedule, monitors design development and detailing progress, and manages the financial aspects of the design contract to deliver high-quality projects within the prescribed time frames and costs. Position Details Provides assistance to Design Project Managers and develops basic project management skills within business standards and procedures, such as documentation, budget management, contract review, etc. Participates in or leads the design and coordination of QA/QC process to deliver high-quality projects within the prescribed time frames. Interfaces with and provides clear and consistent documentation for sales, estimating, VDC, operations and field teams.
