Manager, Equipment Engineering Position Summary This position supports CelLink's manufacturing scalability and operational performance by supervising equipment engineering activities related to the design, development, improvement, installation, and support of manufacturing equipment and tooling. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of equipment engineering work, supporting equipment reliability and performance, and helping ensure equipment solutions are practical, safe, and aligned with production needs. This role requires strong mechanical and equipment engineering capability, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate work across Operations, Quality, Process Engineering, Automation, and Maintenance teams.
