Scope of Work: The Design Engineer is accountable for the design and engineering of assigned projects, ensuring the integration and coordination of technical designs with other internal departments and external consultants. This role involves reviewing completed design work for technical adequacy and satisfaction of project requirements. Responsibilities: Design and Engineering: Responsible for the design, planning, organizing, and development of documents, methods, approaches, and techniques for conceptual and interpretive drafting of design-build or plan/spec projects. Interdepartmental Coordination: Confers with Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating departments to resolve technical support issues and coordinate production scheduling.
