The Advanced Technology PM Support Engineer Level 1 position is part of the Unified Support Team. This role is primarily responsible for providing exceptional technical support to existing Bastian Solutions customers. This role will project manage complex support cases that require remediation. The engineer will do a deep investigation to uncover root causes. The position requires 24/7 availability and the ability to travel on short notice for extended periods until issues are fully resolved. Additional responsibilities include controls systems electrical design using AutoCAD, customer training, on-site debugging, ensuring proper project closeout procedures, and conducting customer visits. The engineer will work closely with the Support Manager to ensure all customer needs are met promptly and thoroughly.
