The Advanced Technology PM Support Engineer Level 1 position is part of the Unified Support Team. This role is primarily responsible for providing exceptional technical support to existing Bastian Solutions customers. This role will project manage complex support cases that require remediation. The engineer will do a deep investigation to uncover root causes.
