ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned. Jump into the heart of construction procurement by helping build Commercial Packages: develop pricing solicitations, perform takeoffs, track budgets and schedules, and keep project teams moving with well-organized documentation and vendor coordination. Take ownership of project records by preparing and managing bids, purchase orders, change orders, compliance forms, and progress reports-your attention to detail will keep projects on track and transparent. Work side-by-side with experienced leaders, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Directors supporting Commercial Package coordination across design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, materials, and commissioning.
