A Building Enclosure Project Engineer is responsible for providing and overseeing Building Envelope Commissioning/Consulting Services to a wide variety of clients on a variety of project types from University Campus, Medical and Research facilities, Battery and Manufacturing plants and commercial projects. Responsibilities include consulting, testing, and commissioning a variety of building enclosure systems. This role will require some travel. Essential Functions: Oversee Design Reviews Oversee submittal and shop drawing reviews Oversee periodic site inspections Testing of exterior envelope systems, both in the field and in laboratory settings. Review site reports and maintain logs of ongoing project issues. Provide client support as it relates to the envelope systems. Responsible for project scheduling and budgets.
