This is an ON-SITE role working on a project in Temple, Texas. However, projects after this assignment may be in another location or state so some flexibility on travel/relocation in future would be beneficial. Description The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing production processes by defining current state, collaborating with a cross functional team to define a future state, perform a gap analysis, and manage a project plan achieve the future state. A successful candidate will be familiar with tools such as time studies, takt time/cycle time, value stream mapping.
