Job Description The Virtual Propulsion Engineer (VPE) will be responsible for leading program execution and capability development initiatives related to gearbox design, analysis, and product development for automotive applications. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical excellence, innovation, and delivery of high-performance gear solutions aligned with propulsion system requirements Key Responsibilities: Design and develop gear systems for propulsion products including drive units, transmissions, and hybrid drive systems. Perform gearbox analysis for durability, efficiency, and NVH. Develop and enhance CAE capabilities for gearbox components and subsystems, including gears, shafts, park systems, and other.
