Summary/Objectives: The Senior Manufacturing Engineer serves as the primary engineering authority for manufacturing operations and is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and supporting manufacturing processes, methods, and standards across the facility. This role provides technical leadership and serves as the final engineering decision-maker for manufacturing methods, tooling, production requirements, and engineering support activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on technical leader who provides engineering direction to production teams and ensures manufacturing processes are safe, repeatable, documented, and aligned with company standards.
