About the Role PacSci EMC is seeking a Test Engineer to own the planning, coordination, execution readiness, and documentation of assigned test programs in our Chandler, Arizona operation. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end test program ownership rather than hands-on test execution. You will work closely with technicians, Design Engineering, Program Management, customers, vendors, and outside test laboratories to ensure testing is properly planned, documented, scheduled, executed, and reviewed. The ideal candidate is a mechanically minded engineer with 2-5 years of experience who brings strong organization, communication, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills and is ready to grow into increasing technical and program ownership.
