Job Description SAIC is seeking a mechanical engineer to serve as an In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) in support of hypersonic weapons systems deployed aboard the Zumwalt-class DDG-1000 destroyer and Virginia-class submarines. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, technical integrity, and lifecycle sustainment of cutting-edge hypersonic strike capabilities. As an ISEA, you will serve as a key technical authority bridging the gap between the engineering baseline and fleet operations. You will work collaboratively with Fleet Support Representatives, government program offices, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure delivered systems align with system and subsystem requirements throughout their operational lifecycle.
