Overview of the Role The Electrical Engineering Manager provides strategic and technical leadership for Gaylor Electric's engineering and virtual design teams. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, constructible electrical designs that support successful execution of complex construction projects nationwide. The Engineering Manager leads teams through preconstruction and design phases, ensuring electrical systems are innovative, code-compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with Gaylor Electric using a Virtual Design and BIM platform. Projects range from $1M to $600M across Mission Critical, Warehouse & Distribution, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Multifamily, and Hospitality markets, delivered through Design-Build, Design Assist, and Plans & Specs contracts.
