Overview Shermco is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience designing and upgrading medium voltage electrical distribution systems for industrial, commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical facilities. This is a hybrid position with approximately 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote depending on customer needs. This position will serve as both a technical lead and client-facing engineering advisor responsible for developing electrical infrastructure solutions, leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and helping customers improve the reliability, safety, and performance of their power systems.
