Scope of Work: The Engineering Manager oversees a team responsible for completing construction projects. They ensure timely, detailed coordination and installation designs for electrical systems, adhering to PDI standards and best practices via a Virtual Design Platform. They collaborate with project teams and customers to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions while maintaining Gaylor Electric standards. The manager supervises skilled professionals on various nationwide electrical projects, ranging from $1 million to $400 million, including Design Build, Plans and Specs, and Design Assist contracts. Projects span Mission Critical, Warehouse Distribution, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Multifamily, and Hospitality sectors.
