Description The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing production processes by defining current state, collaborating with a cross functional team to define a future state, perform a gap analysis, and manage a project plan achieve the future state. A successful candidate will be familiar with tools such as time studies, takt time/cycle time, value stream mapping. Additionally, this role will also have additional focus on ensuring that the organization's products and services follow the company's quality requirements, a successful candidate will have a quality at the source mentality and familiar with poka-yoke and able to define operator standard work to ensure quality is built and not inspected into the product.
