We design and build custom automated finishing systems used for cleaning, stripping, electroplating, coating, and conversion coating across a wide range of industries. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex, real-world automation challenges and seeing designs come to life on the shop floor. This role plays a critical part in product innovation, design engineering, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring new products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with market needs. This is not a day-to-day manufacturing support role. The Product Engineer is intentionally focused on forward-looking product development initiatives, with limited application engineering support as needed. Position is onsite in Belding.
