Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to): Provide all necessary internal and external technical support via direct communication to sales, marketing and customers for the complete range of instrumenation brands and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems as required. Assist in creating detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD software. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new products and enhancements. Work with senior engineers to develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate design concepts. Document test results and assist in analyzing data to make necessary design adjustments. Establish a strong focus on internal and external customer service that includes on-time submittals of engineering documentation for customer quotations and orders.
