Overview CIS Secure will be leading a multi-year program in partnership with an industry Integrator to deliver a next-generation secure communication system for aircraft operations. Based in Ashburn, VA, this initiative will produce a ruggedized, military-grade VOIP solution that enables secure voice and data communication across multiple classified domains.
