Description BASIC FUNCTION: The Engineering Co-Op will provide general engineering support, which includes but is not limited to, product design, CAD documentation, improvement initiatives, and lab support. This person will work on impactful projects that relate to business needs working with products that serve industrial, commercial, residential, municipal, and military markets. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Prepare layout drawings and assemblies, dimensional analysis, review mechanical components for functional compatibility and perform product performance calculations as necessary to support engineers working on design projects. • Create new and maintain old Bills of Material structure • Design new and/or modified products using CAD equipment and software. • Communicate well with all personnel inside and outside the company structure including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing & Inventory Control, Suppliers, Customers and other personnel....
