Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Process Improvement Engineer Jr. assists with the evaluation and improvement of manufacturing methods, utilizing lean tools and concepts applied to product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. What you will do: Assist and leverage Lean Manufacturing culture on the shop floor in the design and execution of new manufacturing processes, methodologies and equipment layouts to improve overall equipment effectiveness.
