The primary responsibility will be to provide technical oversight of third-party structural engineering vendors during the design and development of data center facilities, ensuring compliance with local building codes, standards, and Basis of Design requirements. The Consultant will actively participate in the design development process by conducting weekly coordination meetings with vendors, performing design reviews at 30, 60, 90, and 100 percent completion milestones, and providing over the shoulder guidance throughout the design phase.
