Mechanical Engineer • Design new products and support product improvements, revisions, and cost-reduction initiatives. • Create detailed manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials (BOMs). • Design and document production fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing support equipment. • Utilize CAD software to develop 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings. • Experience with 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor. • Prepare concept sketches, layouts, prototypes, and technical documentation as required. • Participate in design reviews, engineering evaluations, and continuous improvement activities. • Assist with engineering analysis, including finite element analysis (FEA), tolerance studies, and system optimization. • Support product testing, troubleshooting, validation, and implementation efforts.
