Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY The H-E-B Electrical Engineer is responsible for the overall strategic design and implementation of the facility's Electrical power, communication and lighting systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provides leadership and expertise for entry and intermediate team members - Performs field site visits and inspections to formulate scope of work and to review construction progress to ensure conformance with design drawings, specifications, applicable codes and company policies - Analyzes design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of design - Leads the design efforts of H-E-B consulting engineers and provides quality control of design documents - Contributes to decisions related to H-E-B strategic objectives, program standards and budget planning The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work...
