About the Job: As a Junior NPI Engineer, you will provide technical support, guidance, and evaluation for new product and process development programs. This role involves working with printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment within an electronic manufacturing environment. The candidate will also support system assembly activities. Our ideal Junior NPI Engineer is highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business partners, and production lines.
