Key Responsibilities Support development, production, and delivery of aerostructure components & assemblies. Create/maintain engineering masters & work orders in ERP (SAP). Interface with internal & external design engineering. Provide shop-floor support (drawing interpretation, technical issues). Develop inspection checklists, FAI, planning docs, supplier bid packages, cost estimates. Drive process improvements & lean initiatives to prevent bottlenecks. Qualifications Education: BS in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aerospace / Electrical Engineering (or related). Experience: 2+ years in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or integration. Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP) , CAD tools (SolidWorks/CATIA V5) , and Microsoft Office . Knowledge of fabrication (aluminum structures, avionics harnessing, airframe mods).
