Job Title: Design Engineer Responsibilities • Design/engineer components & assemblies in 3D Solidworks CAD system to meet all functional & structural product requirements including manufacturability & assembly • Perform tolerance stacks and structural analysis as required to ensure designs meet requirements (Experience or knowledge of FEA (finite element analysis) preferred) • Prepare component & assembly detail drawings for release to supply base for fabrication • Develop parts lists/BOMs • Support prototype and production builds with hands-on support • Provide technical support to engineering, validation, purchasing, quality and production departments • Assist with a data-driven approach to problem solving/root cause analysis • Support company technical initiatives (e.g. - ISO compliance) Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required. • Self-starter with 5-10 years design engineering/product...
