Overview The Co-Op Engineer (Mechanical) will have the opportunity to learn about the corporate world of product development while making significant and meaningful contributions to execution of product plans in both sustaining engineering and New Product Development. The goal with our co-op program is to partner with candidates for more than one term to foster the learning of the products made by RPC as well as contribute to meaningful work experience for the students. They'll have the opportunity to learn how a manufacturing facility runs while making a meaningful contribution to the plant's operation by contributing to completion of our engineering department's 2026 projects and goals. Our co-ops can expect to collaborate with industry professionals, expand their network, and gain essential problem solving and communication skills. Students must be able to get to Poynette daily.
