KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Troubleshoot product problems related to designs, materials, or production processes. Provide technical support for engineering functions, including fabrication processes, assembly methods, quality control, product design, and materials or parts. Attend daily production meetings to identify immediate issues and find solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers in a variety of departments as needed.
