The Sr. Advanced Project Engineer will be responsible for capital projects, equipment installations, and operational improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility. This role combines traditional project management with hands-on process development, requiring the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, conduct trials, and implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and reliability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Develop business case and cost justification for potential projects and submit/manage capital project proposals through approval stages.
