SUMMARY The Project Design Engineer position utilizes engineering principles to design, develop, and evaluate new or improved safety products and applications. This requires collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to determine industry, or societal safety needs as well as product specifications. Summary Under minimal supervision, the Senior Connector Design Engineer will lead the design and development of advanced RF and microwave components and assemblies for industry-leading product lines across some of the world's most demanding markets and applications. This role involves developing innovative solutions for connectors, adapters, cable assemblies, antennas, and other RF/microwave products that meet stringent performance requirements in applications ranging from submarine environments to interstellar space. The engineer will manage complex projects from concept through production, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross functionally to support aggressive growth initiatives.
