Overview The Co-Op Engineer (Mechanical) will have the opportunity to learn about the corporate world of product development while making significant and meaningful contributions to execution of product plans in both sustaining engineering and New Product Development. The goal with our co-op program is to partner with candidates for more than one term to foster the learning of the products made by RPC as well as contribute to meaningful work experience for the students. Students must be able to be 100% onsite at our Sun Prairie, WI location. This is a 6-month term spanning June-Dec of 2026. Overview Assist Engineers and participate in the design, manufacture, installation and operation of primarily mechanical components, equipment and systems. Perform analyses to develop design options. Hands on participation in activities with other engineering and assembly functions including creating prototypes, evaluating and testing and working on new applications.
