Job Description Description SAIC is seeking an Engineer Technician for shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. Overview Utilize established techniques, standards, and tools like computer-aided drafting software to provide routine drafting support and prepare designs and technical drawings to specifications. Coordinate and consult with engineers to complete projects. Essential Job Duties: Prepare designs and drawings and ensure design drawings adhere to provided specifications with employee, customer, and end-user safety as the basis for all projects. Modify existing designs for custom applications. Generate drawings for manufacturing, foundation construction, and installation using CAD. Maintain and update product designs through product revisions and Engineering Change Orders.
