Job Description • Assist Engineers with the creation and assembly of custom Thermal/Mechanical fixtures by creating and sourcing mechanical/machined parts, hardware, and plumbing components for liquid cooling test fixtures • Support Mechanical/Thermal Engineers with the thermal evaluation of DC-DC and AC-DC component power supplies • Prepare power supply modules for testing by adding test leads, thermocouples, and components • Assemble power supply modules into custom mechanical/thermal test fixtures which include thermal management solutions, electrical wiring and digital communication interfaces • Setup basic electrical test equipment to record Voltage, Current, Power and Temperature • Capture thermal and electrical data using semi-automated test equipment during power supply evaluations • Prepare test data for presentation to Engineers using Microsoft Excel • Maintain a list of mechanical and electrical test equipment and track calibration dates • Access corporate databases...

Job Summary Staff level engineer working in a fast paced team environment will be directly involved with development and production of electronic packaging processes used in commercial, automotive and other specialty products for hyperscalers. Responsibilities will include characterization and qualification of processes and equipment for the manufacture of industry leading advanced power component solutions then transitioning and supporting those processes in production.
