Summary The Shaw Engineering Development Program (SEDP) is a 24-month early career rotational program designed to give recent engineering graduates structured, hands-on exposure to multiple roles, teams, and technologies across Shaw. Participants typically complete four six-month rotations while contributing to active projects, developing multidisciplinary knowledge, and receiving guidance from experienced engineers and senior leaders.
