Mechanical Engineer I Purpose: Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Mechanical Engineer I in Virginia Beach, VA . This position is to provide research and development, and engineering efforts to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck (NSWCDD) initiatives. Job Description: Perform independent analysis on obsolete and emerging hardware that assesses the impact of those scenarios on current systems. Design and develop mechanical kit Technical Data Packages (TDPs) to include mounting support for COTs and/or GOTs. Provide acquisition recommendations based on independent analyses.
