Our team is expanding and looking to hire a Welding Engineer . We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. The Welding Engineer position is responsible for planning and evaluating welding processes for production lines. Other responsibilities include: Verifying welding processes, calculating, and updating standard parameters; Implementing and reviewing welding processes to ensure accuracy and rationality; Resolving technical issues, improving processes during product welding to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; Managing on-site welding automation and robot application projects, including path programming; Solving and verifying on-site issues; conducting personnel skill training and improvement, and organizing technical documentation.
