This individual assists Valdes A&E Senior Civil engineers working with other Valdes A&E discipline engineers and client engineering representatives. Responsibilities Display a general knowledge of the Civil Engineering discipline Provide generally accepted practices with project layout and design with minimal guidance from Senior Civil engineers Engage in design production, as directed by Senior Engineers, and help produce complete, quality, and timely deliverables Verify field conditions and assist the Senior Engineers in resolving problems during field construction May be required to participate in short-- or long-term field assignments Technical Competencies Site development project experience (stormwater, grading, utilities, roads, etc.) Experienced with Civil 3D or MicroStation CADD software Experience with hydrology and hydraulic software is a plus...
