Job Description: Responsibilities: Support product development initiatives and maintain existing products to achieve business unit goals and objectives. Develop concept designs and 3D CAD models, create manufacturing drawings, prepare and manage bills of materials, and release documentation through ITW's Stage Gate and engineering change processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams driving product design and quality related continuous improvement projects. Perform the design, testing, operation and/or evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices and systems. Work with suppliers to improve quality and resolve product issues. Provide direct technical support to the production team as required to meet production goals.
