Basic Function HF SInclair is seeking a Control Systems Engineer. This position conducts complex engineering assignments for the Process & Controls Engineering Group and functions as a technical specialist, formulating and developing moderately complex engineering concepts. Provides Engineering and technical guidance for process control, instrumentation, measurement technologies, process control project scope and estimates.
