Position Overview The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team that delivers the integration, design, and development of brake and clutch products across a broad portfolio. This role provides technical leadership and oversight to refine and integrate products into the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). Projects typically focus on Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives and product improvements related to quality and cost.
