POSITION PURPOSE The Senior Engineer, Structural Systems, is responsible for executing structural engineering analysis, design, and validation activities in support of product development programs and existing product platforms. The role focuses on applying established structural engineering principles and methods to ensure products meet performance, cost, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a strong background in structural engineering with experience in cold-formed steel design, structural analysis, and testing. The individual is responsible for independently performing technical work, contributing to engineering solutions, and supporting the consistent application of structural engineering practices across projects.
