Job Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers ensuring all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and safely. Establish direction per policy and management requirements, evaluate performance, and align necessary resources to develop, motivate and inspire team to achieve high results while always striving to improve.
