About the Role: The Operations and Engineering Intern will work various aspects related to the manufacturing of specimen collection devices. The intern will be tasked with helping to ensure products are designed, developed, and manufactured to a set of standards and specifications meeting customer expectations and continuously improving operational performance. Duties include identifying improvements throughout the manufacturing process to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase overall efficiency.
