Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Maintenance Shift: Third Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Building Utility Engineer I will operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment controls on equipment, utility and distribution systems. Included but not limited to domestic water, steam, chilled/hot water systems, HVAC, electrical distribution systems, emergency power systems, vertical lift systems, medical gas and vacuum systems, pneumatic tube systems and building automation. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED w/ 8+ years. Technical or College considered in place of Years of Experience. Work toward obtaining expert status on at least two systems and obtain State License in related field preferred.
