POSITION SUMMARY The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes while leading capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This role serves as a key technical resource responsible for improving production efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position integrates responsibilities across process engineering, manufacturing engineering, and industrial engineering to drive operational excellence. The Manufacturing Engineer will lead equipment implementation, process design, workflow optimization, and CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles, while partnering cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PD, and external vendors.
