JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning, coordination, design, and construction of capital improvement and renovation projects for Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The Project Engineer will support all phases of project delivery by helping in coordinating documentation, tracking project progress, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. JOB FOCUS: Focus is on, but not limited to the following: • Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multiple renovation and construction projects. • Assist in coordinating project schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes while tracking action items through completion. • Help maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, purchase orders, contracts, and closeout documents. • Assist in reviewing architectural, interior design, engineering, and consultant drawings...
